I, the undersigned owner/seller, hereby declare that:

1. All information, particulars, documents and details provided by me to Ghormaati.com regarding the above-mentioned property are true, correct and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
2. I declare that I am the legal owner / lawful owner of the above-mentioned property and that I have the legal right and authority to offer the property for sale.
3. I have willingly and voluntarily approached Ghormaati.com for promoting and facilitating the sale of my property through its website, social-media platforms, digital platforms and other promotional channels.
4. I authorize Ghormaati.com to display and promote the property-related information, photographs, videos and other details provided by me for the purpose of finding prospective buyers.
5. I understand that Ghormaati.com is acting as a coordinator/facilitator between me, the owner/seller, and prospective buyers, and may communicate with prospective buyers on my behalf regarding the property.
6. I understand that Ghormaati.com may collect and share relevant information between the owner and prospective buyer for the purpose of facilitating communication and a possible transaction.
7. Where applicable, I understand that my personal identity and contact details may be kept confidential from the general public and may be disclosed to a prospective buyer only when considered necessary and/or with my consent.
8. I understand that Ghormaati.com is not the owner of the property and does not represent itself as the seller of the property. The ownership, title, legal status, documentation, measurements, approvals, encumbrances and other legal aspects of the property shall remain the responsibility of the owner/seller.
9. I understand that there is no commission-sharing or commission-based agreement between me and Ghormaati.com in relation to the sale of this property.
10. I understand that Ghormaati.com may charge a fixed service/advertising fee for promoting and listing my property. Any such applicable fee shall be communicated to me separately.
11. I acknowledge that the final sale price, terms and conditions of sale, execution of agreements, registration and completion of the transaction shall be decided between the owner/seller and the buyer.
12. I agree to promptly inform Ghormaati.com if there is any change in the ownership, availability, sale status, price or other material information relating to the property.
13. I accept responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of the information and documents supplied by me and understand that Ghormaati.com shall not be responsible for any false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information supplied by me.
14. I confirm that I have read and understood this declaration and that I am providing the information and authorization voluntarily and without coercion.
